Little Eva is just 10 days old as she appears to me in the studio in front of the camera.
After being well fed she fell asleep and I had the chance to photograph her in different settings.
Ibhan had a tough time sleeping this day. Although he was awake, he was really calm. After he wore himself out viewing the new world around him his eyes finally closed and he went into the most darling peaceful sleep. This is a composite shot in which I wanted to represent the bright colors of the Indian culture.
This is our youngest daughter Eva. She loves to be in front of the camera.
Eva has done many photography assignments as a child.
Here we had done a bohamienshoot.
I always like to work with a free contract with a theme.
Meet Ibhan! He is named after the Indian God Lord Ganesh Ibahn. His parents wanted to represent his name in an image so I created a composite shot because I clearly don't have a budget to rent an elephant for the day:) . The first thing that came to mind was wanting him to have a grand presentation to the Indian God and what better way to do that then with one hand of each parent. I am so in love with this image that I just may hang it in my own home.
Here small Matteo 2 weeks old.
He is blessed with a beautiful head of hair.
During the shoot he slept wonderfully, and he was very quiet.
First holiday photo of this sweet little girl in my new studio. She's dreaming of a Merry Christmas and all the snuggles and cuddles she is going to get for her first Christmas. What a living doll.
This beautiful girl came to me with three of her siblings but didn't have any problem stealing the spotlight! Isn't she just gorgeous?
Jake is a handsome little dude! He was all about the Christmas cookies too! That devious look says it all when it comes to this little guy. Such a fun little to work with!
This little sweetheart has the perfect complexion for these lovely pastel colors. I have been photographing her since she was a newborn and she is a doll.
This sweet little elf was just 10 days old at her newborn photo shoot. She broke a two month long streak of newborn boys in the studio so we had a little extra fun with props and colors during her session. With Christmas just a few weeks away, mom fell in love with this set up too.
Here is cute Fran.
Fran is the 2nd child next to a sweet little brother of 2 years old.
So nice to see people come back in the studio.
Two precious days of 22 days, were born in their time just and natural childbirth, a very happy family and already with a child of 8 years.
Very happy for this catch, Daddy with only two fingers in the right hand and holds firm to his little one!
This little guy has the cutest cleft in his chin, that I didn't notice till I was editing. I love newborn sessions and all the excitement and nervousness of new parents. I love to snuggle these cuties and give their parents memories for a lifetime.
These handsome brothers were amazing and so fun to photograph. Mom was worried that we wouldn't be able to capture good photos of her children....I think they did amazing!
This is my daughter Cambria. We recently visited Santa's Tree farm in Half Moon Bay, CA and they had this perfect bridge! Her brother was running all over the place and in this very moment she was starring at him because he had fallen down and was crying.
Jayedis is in one of my favorite props to use. There are a variety of ways to style this little tub. For little girls, I love the floral arrangement and her parents loved it as well.
This gorgeous baby is Michael. He is 11 days old in this photograph.
The photo shoot was a gift to my best friend. We were waiting for this moment for such a long time. And the miracle happened, little prince Michael was born. The photograph was taken in my home based studio, using natural light. The idea was to create a unique atmosphere for the baby to make him feel comfy and relaxed. We achieved what we wanted and this photograph is a well proof of it.
All props were handmade by yours truly.
I was so much looking forward to meeting these precious little girls.
Flo & Nel arrived 8 weeks too early and they have come a long way since then.
It was a great pleasure capturing these pictures that will last a lifetime.
