I owe this portrait to a wonderful 10-year-old girl, with deep hazel eyes, charming copper hair and diaphanous skin, dotted with mischievous freckles: the beautiful Giuliana Nicole 🥰
I imagined a painting on Leonardo da Vinci's style for her, and the portrait of Saint John the Baptist immediately came to my mind: his physiognomy seemed to me a natural reference to Giuliana's sweetness, to her smile, and it was for me a source of creative inspiration for the creation of this shot.

Little Luana came back to see me (after newborn photos) to commemorate her 1st birthday milestone. Sitting with her lovely Mum after the session was quite a process trying to select her favourite images because she is just WAAAY too cute!!!

I give parents a little questionnaire before their session and love that every parent has different preferences & tastes when it comes to colours and the use of props. Some families prefer super simple newborn images and others want more creativity. I was thrilled when this family chose this little high chair and so happy that this little sweetheart slept soundly through the pose.
