By reducing the scene to light, shadow and gesture, I sought to create an image that speaks about family before family can even be seen.

“Baby Sister”

A mother explains to her son that his baby sister is growing inside her belly. In response, he proudly points to his own tummy, as if wondering whether he might have a baby there too.

This tender moment captures the innocence of childhood, the wonder of imagination, and the quiet anticipation of a little boy preparing to become a big brother.

What if we wrapped her in a cloud of pink tulle?” I asked her mom. Thankfully, she said yes, and this little princess did the rest.

For me, capturing the beauty of pregnancy means capturing the strength, grace, and miracle of life. In this shot, I wanted to portray the expectant mother as a work of art: elegant, light, yet immensely powerful. The flowing fabric represents the magic of this waiting, a dance between the mother and the life about to be born. A special thank you to the beautiful model who made this shot possible.
