My client came and had no idea what style she wanted to do, all she said was; “We are having a boy and my husband plays hockey. If by any chance we can incorporate that somehow would be great!”. Inspiration is around us, it's everywhere! Find it and use it to create something beautiful.
Horse. I heard about Emanuel's love for horses from our first conversation, even before we chose locations for her photos, one thing was clear: the photoshoots would include her horse. I think her love for the horse can not be missed in this picture either. What do you think?
"Jun Jun" he is a lovely boy. He came to hug me when he first met. During the shooting process, he maintained a naive and lively personality. He was really happy to cooperate with Jun Jun. at the end, he was tired. He sat on the prop box, closed his eyes and enjoyed the spring sunshine. I photographed it. This was a surprise I shot that day.
I believe that paying attention to detail is crucial in shooting a beautiful photo. This particular portrait was made during a newborn session of the baby sister of this girl. While my sister (and photography partner) was shooting the images of the baby I have noticed that the big sister started to pose. I took my chance and made this beautiful image. Sometimes all it takes is to see what was not meant to be the object of your work.
Baby Georgia was eagerly expecting her little brother to arrive. I asked her what would she like to do together with her baby brother? I expected her to share some ideas about them playing together when he grows up. But instead, she just looked at him and said "I just want to hold him in my arms". At that moment, she was glowing with love and tenderness, and the time stopped for her. This was exactly the same emotion mommies use to tell me about - "you fell in love, the time has stopped, you are looking into eternity".
